Job Description

Role and Responsibilities

This position’s daily activities will function with Vets Access’s Project Service Center for the assessment, installation, service and recovery of government purchased medical equipment. Facilitating and being responsible for the overall direction, coordination, implementation, execution, control and completion of small construction projects ensuring consistency with company strategy, commitments and goals.          

  • Lead the planning and implementation of project
  • Facilitate the definition of project scope, goals and deliverables
  • Define project tasks and resource requirements
  • Review project plans
  • Plan and schedule project timelines
  • Track project deliverables using appropriate tools
  • Provide direction and support to project team
  • Quality assurance
  • Constantly monitor and report on progress of the project to all stakeholders
  • Present reports defining project progress, problems and solutions
  • Implement and coordinate project changes and interventions to achieve project outputs
  • Project results 

Qualifications and Education Requirements

  • Bachelor Degree in Business Management preferred.
  • High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
  • Knowledge of both theoretical and practical aspects of project coordination
  • Able to function as a polite and cooperative team member with a positive attitude.
  • Excellent computer skills.
  • Good oral and written communication skills.
  • Must be detail oriented.
  • Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
  • Familiarity with construction
  • Able to maintain confidentiality.
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, Publisher and Outlook.
